After a whirlwind of commissions, exhibitions and publications during the second half of 2008 - I'm now focusing on printmaking. Inspired by working collaboratively with my fellow artists at CorkStop Studios, the prints are taking a new direction.
New techniques and tools have offered new visions a vehicle. Such as pre-washing emulsions before solar exposure, creating aqua-tints gradation with pixel size dots from a digital printer, mixing printing inks and other painting materials on the plate and paper, combining intaglio and relief printing all on the same plate, and so on...
